Our Philosophy
Fun & Productive Language Learning
Through our education, our professional training, and our experience we have developed a tried and tested teaching methodology and philosophy. Our teaching philosophy is consistent for each language we teach, and to each age group and level we teach, that is – Fun & Productive Language Learning.
Through our experience, we feel where one is relaxed and comfortable, it leads to a more productive learning environment, and naturally a more successful outcome is achieved by the end of a language course.
There is certainly a balance to be achieved between fun and productivity, and consider that that balance should sway on the side of productivity rather than fun to ensure that you, the student, are challenged throughout your language learning experience. As well as enjoying the classes and finding the course a fun experience, we expect our students to feel challenged through the promotion of a positive group ethos and, maybe, a little, gentle persuasion from our teachers.
Language Learning Through Immersion
In line with the above, we promote learning through immersion in the target language. Naturally, this is a balancing act where you can expect more immersion as you progress in a course and throughout the levels. At beginner level, there is a balance to be achieved between immersion, understanding and progression, and our students can expect to be challenged while learning with us; i.e. we expect our teachers to continuously challenge you by applying more of the target language rather than less, and will endeavor to use minimal English in class.
